Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a Psychic Photo Email Reading. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
1. Nature of the Reading
A Psychic Photo Email Reading is an intuitive and psychic service based on the photograph and information provided by the client.
The reading may include intuitive impressions, feelings, symbols, thoughts, emotions, energies or general insights that arise during the reading.
This service is NOT a mediumship reading. I do not claim to communicate with deceased persons, spirits, entities or other beings on behalf of the client.
Any impressions provided during the reading are offered as intuitive guidance and should not be interpreted as communication from a deceased person or confirmation of contact with the spirit world.
2. Entertainment and Personal Guidance
Psychic readings are provided for entertainment, personal reflection and spiritual/intuitive guidance purposes only.
A reading is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship or other qualified professional advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and choices following the reading.
No particular outcome, prediction or result is guaranteed.
3. Photo Requirements
The client is responsible for providing a clear and appropriate photograph.
The photograph should be provided in a format that can be opened and viewed.
The quality, clarity and content of the photograph may affect the nature of the reading.
By submitting a photograph, you confirm that you have the right to provide the photograph for the purpose of the reading and that doing so does not infringe another person's rights.
4. Email Delivery
The completed reading will be provided by email to the email address supplied at the time of purchase.
Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that you are able to receive emails.
Delivery times may vary depending on workload and will be stated at the time of purchase where applicable.
Please check your junk, spam or promotions folders if you have not received your reading within the stated timeframe.
5. No Guaranteed Predictions
Psychic readings are subjective and intuitive in nature.
Information received during a reading may not always resonate with you or may be interpreted differently over time.
There are no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness or future outcome of any information provided.
The reading should be viewed as guidance rather than certainty.
6. Health, Legal and Financial Matters

I cannot be held responsible for decisions made by a client based on information contained within a psychic reading.

8. Refunds and Cancellations
Because the reading is a personalised service created specifically for the purchaser, refunds may not be available once work on the reading has commenced.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
9. Privacy
Any photographs, personal information and details provided for the purpose of the reading will be treated with reasonable care and confidentiality.
Your photograph and information will only be used as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service, unless otherwise agreed with you or required by law.
10. Age Requirement
By purchasing a reading, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
11. Right to Decline a Reading
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a reading where I consider it inappropriate to proceed.
Where appropriate, any applicable refund will be considered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
